Our creative, technical, operations, and projects teams work together to make sure every project runs smoothly and looks incredible.
You’ll learn how to keep projects moving, bring ideas to life, and be part of a team that takes its craft seriously – but never itself.
You’ll work alongside and experience every department, from creative concept to warehouse support, as well as gain access to company resources to work on ‘Project X’.
Project X is an optional and fictional project. It reflects the real-life phases of a project. One of our team members will act as a client, and you will be responsible for creating and virtually delivering a project. The detail on each phase will be tailored to your particular interests and skills.

What you’ll experience
The nature of live production is that things are always changing and evolving, but you should expect to get hands-on experience working on and contributing to real projects. We’ll get you involved in as much as possible so you get the most from your time with us.

The practical stuff
This is a 3-month internship based at our office in Basingstoke
Core hours: 32 hours per week (4 days), with an optional 8 hours of voluntary work on Project X.
Salary: £21,150 per annum
